Benefits and Features
Why choose the Olaf Cot?
The Olaf can accommodate larger children and adults that required a robust and safe place to sleep. The Olaf has lots of Perspex making a bright and open environment and has a very low entry height making transfers easier and safer.

“The Olaf Cot Bed has been nothing short of life changing for our family”
As parents of an autistic son with other medical conditions, bedtime used to bring anxiety instead of rest. We were constantly worrying about his safety, meaning none of us ever truly slept.
Since getting the Olaf Cot Bed, everything has changed. The high padded sides, secure doors and viewing panels mean we know he’s safe, comfortable and protected all night long. For the first time in a long time, we can go to bed with genuine peace of mind. It’s not just our son who’s sleeping better; we all are! The reassurance this bed gives us is priceless, and it’s transformed our nights and, in turn, our days.
The Olaf Cot Bed isn’t just a piece of furniture; it’s been a lifeline. It has given our son a safe place to sleep and given us something every parent hopes for: the confidence to close our eyes, knowing our child is safe.
We’re really pleased with the new auto-locking hand controller that came with our Olaf bed. We had one of the previous models before upgrading to the higher bed, and this is a brilliant improvement. The auto lock feature gives us real peace of mind, especially with our autistic son, as it helps prevent accidental operation while still being quick and easy for us to unlock when needed. A big thank you to the Theraposture team for continuing to improve safety; it’s a small change that makes a big difference for families like ours.
To any family facing the same challenges, we can’t recommend it enough. It’s been an absolute lifesaver.
