Operations Manager – Theraposture Ltd.

The Operations Manager is a key, senior role within this successful and growing family company based in Westbury Wiltshire supplying very specialist beds to those with long term conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS, spinal injuries, paediatric disabilities, and other problems which mean the client needs assistance to help maintain or improve their independence at home.

This is an existing position, with excellent long-term prospects and rewards for the successful applicant.

The role is worthwhile, wide-ranging and involves everything post the sale: Ordering, production, servicing, quality assurance, distribution, customer issues, and dealing with the factory and distribution staff. Whilst there are administrative elements to the role, much of it is about organisation, improvement, and motivation.

There is a management team beneath to assist with this, but you are setting the tone and improving performance through innovation and motivation. The basis of our operation, which is utilised throughout the business is an MRP system.

In our 40th year of trading, we supply products throughout the UK as well as exporting them throughout the world and continue to do so with increased demand because of the COVID-19 pandemic and because we are market leaders.
